What is an Ecodisk?

An Ecodisk is Moriondo's solution to the harmful plastic pod waste. An Ecodisk pod is made up of a fully compostable paper with only 2% of corn-based biopolymers. It does not consist of any plastic made from Petroleum which is not compostable

Can I use ground coffee on the Ecodisk Machine?

We do not recommend to use ground coffee. It will taste weaker and it can cause the machine to malfunction.

What is the benefit of having a manual start/stop on my coffee machine?

After many years of garnering feedback from our Moriondo coffee
drinkers, we learned that everyone has different tastes. We decided
that it is best for the user to be able to choose how long their
Espresso shot is or how short their Americano is rather than pre-setting
all of the drink options for everyone. With this feature you will have
full control of your coffee extraction.

Does the Ecodisk machine works with standard pods?

The Angelo machine was optimized to use our Ecodisk pods to ensure the
best quality and optimal extraction. We do not recommend the use of different types of pods.
