Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All orders over $35 at checkout will be free of shipping costs for the USA.
UPS Ground OR USPS Priority mail.
CANADA SHIPPING POLICY
All shipments to Canada will have a standard rate of $25 extra fee for all shipments
We have 3 business days full refund return policy on all our memberships. The customer will not be charged shipping to return the espresso machine.
For any other items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 7 calendar days of the purchase. The item must unopened and in its original condition. Contact our customer services department to get a free shipping label.
If our products arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date.

Our memberships are always month to month without any commitments or contracts. If you would like to cancel, you will not be charged for the next month as long as it is more than 10 business days before your monthly subscription renewal date.
For workspace membership we require a corporate email on the sign up. If you sign up with a personal email there will be a three month advance charge to act as a deposit.
Moriondo is the owner of the espresso machines and they are provided at no cost to customers base on the purchase of the coffee membership.
Home Office Members can buyout the coffee machine at the end of 12 months subscription for a fee of $250.
Customer will need to return the espresso machine after cancellation of the membership prior the 12 months. A fee $500 per machine may be applied if the machine will not be returned after cancellation.
